About the Employers profile

EMPLOYERS The ‘Employer’ profile is for companies with a CVR or private persons/families, who are looking to hire workers for a job or task. As an employer, you can offer part-time, full-time jobs or hire a worker for a one-time task. The purpose of our app is to offer you a large diversity of skilled and experienced employees, suitable for over 90 categories of work. We offer you various in-built features to fasten your recruiting process.
Always be one step ahead from your competitors, find the right workers.

Create a Job

Your first step towards starting your journey as an employer is to create a job offer. Find the light-green button ''CREATE JOB'' in the main menu of the application. (see picture) This page contains features that will help you structure your job opening.
1. Job Title
2. 90 + Job Categories
3. Description field
4. Job Calendar (time & date)
5. Payment & currency fields
6. Numer of job openings

EMPLOYERS' GUIDE

JOB TITLE

When workers search for a job, the first thing they look at is the Job Title.

For you to target the best employees for the job, you need to make it as suggestive as possible to the task.

Recommended format

Job Position/Task Name + company name/location

Examples

‘House Cleaning in Struer’

‘Full-time IT manager at Day Worker’

SELECT CATEGORIES

There are approximately 90 different industries you can use to categorize your job offer.

Choose as many categories related to the requirements/description.

By placing the job within the right categories, you will be able to reach out to the potential employees that entail the right skills & abilities needed to complete the job.

DESCRIPTION

To avoid confusion and fasten your recruiting process, it is mandatory to insert a description when creating a job.

A successful description may have the following structure:

  1. Responsibilities and tasks

  2. Working hours/time

  3. Working location

  4. Benefits for the employee (health insurance, lunch, flexible working hours or weekly social activities)

  5. Payment details

Optional

To ensure a clear understanding of your company’s standards and values, insert a link to your company’s official page.

TIME & DATE

To reach out to available workers, you will need to specify the date and time when the job starts and ends.

In case you are looking for a full-time employee, the time and date is the expected time for starting the collaboration.

NOTE | If you wish for a change of the time & date, contact the Day Worker Team at dina@dayworker.dk or on our facebook page.

SALARY & CURRENCY

An important aspect is mentioning the payment details.

The filed must be completed with numbers strictly.

If the amount indicated for the job is per hour, month or per project – you will need to mention this in the description.

After stating how much the worker can earn, choose the payment currency form the list.

JOB OPENINGS

The number inserted by you in this field is private and represents the number of people that can send you job applications. You can hire as many people as you wish within that number.

Thus, to avoid the risk of missing out on skilled employees, we suggest you use both methods of searching for a new employee - with the job categories selected and without. Country Search
It is possible to sort the workers by the country. This search method is recommended if you are looking to hire someone from abroad or in your country, to work at your location or remote. Minimum Payment When registering in our application all users have to indicate their minimum payment preference.
