JOB TITLE
When workers search for a job, the first thing they look at is the Job Title.
For you to target the best employees for the job, you need to make it as suggestive as possible to the task.
Recommended format
Job Position/Task Name + company name/location

SELECT CATEGORIES
There are approximately 90 different industries you can use to categorize your job offer.
Choose as many categories related to the requirements/description.
By placing the job within the right categories, you will be able to reach out to the potential employees that entail the right skills & abilities needed to complete the job.
DESCRIPTION
To avoid confusion and fasten your recruiting process, it is mandatory to insert a description when creating a job.
A successful description may have the following structure:

Benefits for the employee (health insurance, lunch, flexible working hours or weekly social activities)

To ensure a clear understanding of your company’s standards and values, insert a link to your company’s official page.
TIME & DATE
To reach out to available workers, you will need to specify the date and time when the job starts and ends.
In case you are looking for a full-time employee, the time and date is the expected time for starting the collaboration.

SALARY & CURRENCY
An important aspect is mentioning the payment details.
The filed must be completed with numbers strictly.
If the amount indicated for the job is per hour, month or per project – you will need to mention this in the description.
After stating how much the worker can earn, choose the payment currency form the list.
JOB OPENINGS
The number inserted by you in this field is private and represents the number of people that can send you job applications. You can hire as many people as you wish within that number.
Manage Job Offers & Applications
After a job is complete you will be able to see that its status will change from Ongoing to Pending payment.
When accessing the payment page, you will be able to choose the method.
MobilePay
Day Worker App has an easy to use, integrated payment system - Mobile Pay (used in Denmark).
Currently, we do not have other integrated payment options.

The first tool visible when entering the page.
The map is centered at your current location and indicates the workers available within your range under the form of small smiley faces ‘pins’. It is possible to zoom in and out, as well as to move the map around other areas.
If you are looking for users with a special interest in your industry of activity, you can select it from the existent list. Currently, we have approximately 90 different categories/industries.
It is possible to sort the workers by the country. This search method is recommended if you are looking to hire someone from abroad or in your country, to work at your location or remote.
